Desa Wisata Gamplong adalah desa wisata kerajinan tenun yang berada di Padukuhan Gamplong Desa Sumber Rahayu Kecamatan Moyudan Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Desa wisata yang terletak di sebelah barat Kota Yogyakarta ini cukup menarik untuk disinggahi wisatawan terlebih karena masih adanya industri kerajinan tenun tradisional dengan menggunakan Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (ATBM).

Dengan ATBM, masyarakat perajin Gamplong mampu menghasilkan kain tenun sebagai bahan stagen (kain panjang untuk melilit bagian perut wanita). Selain kerajinan tenun, perajin juga mampu memproduksi kerajinan anyaman untuk souvenir. Tak hanya terkenal dengan ATBM-nya, Desa Wisata yang teletak di Jl. Raya Wates Yogya Km 14 ini juga terkenal dengan kreativitas warganya yang mampu memanfaatkan eceng gondok, lidi kelapa, mendong, dan akar wangi yang hingga menjadi sejumlah produk istimewa yang mempunyai jual bahkan ekspor. Produk yang dapa mereka hasilkan berupa tas, dompet, aksesori wanita, gorden, tikar, dll.
Hasil produksi mereka tak hanya dipasarkan di Yogyakarta saja, tapi juga banyak dipesan oleh pembeli dan pengusaha lain dari Bali dan Jakarta. Sejumlah wisatawan dan pengusaha dari negeri tetangga Australia juga telah menjadi pelanggan tetap perajin di Gamplong. Menurut Pembina Kelompok Perajin “Tegar” (Teguh Ekonomis Gigih Amanah dan Rajin) Gamplong I, Sumber Rahayu, Moyudan, Sleman, dalam sebulan masing-masing dapat menghasilkan omset sekitar 75-100 juta. Rata-rata, tiap-tiap perajin mempekerjakan sekitar 50 pekerja yang berasal dari Gamplong dan dari daerah lain.
